We offer three embedding support approaches:
Before and after the workshop our facilitators are able to support your delegates. From using flipped learning techniques and undertaking pre-workshop learning, through to post workshop coaching, practising role plays or real time commercial coaching, our commercial experts are ready to support.
With the same facilitator as your workshop, we are able to run a team/cohort 4 R's session with you. In this embedding session we REVIEW how the cohort has made progress with the workshop principles, REFRESH their learning on the key fundamentals, RECOGNISE where successes are being achieved or where challenges remain and REWARD those through certification for the progress they've made.
E-learning negotiation support
Our online e-learning support offers over 60 learning assets across 13 different modules. Following the same structure and flow as our negotiation workshops, the e-learning offers animations, videos, top tips, golden rules through to the Learning Game to test and assess the individuals negotiation knowledge.
