Paul Duckworth

Paul has worked in commercial roles for almost 30 years; he started his career as an FMCG buyer, transitioning to Mars where he progressed through the sales organisation to become a Marketing Controller, and then Sales Director of a Mars Petcare new acquisition.

Paul has worked in more than 30 countries, including time living and working in Europe as Commercial Director for a technology business. Amongst the many results Paul has achieved, he takes the most pride from returning to growth and sustainable profitability four different organisations across three different verticals. 

Paul has worked in every continent with Total Negotiation and is currently using his knowledge and experience to research a new framework for International Commercial Negotiations as part of a doctorate; this work, supported by Total Negotiation, will help to keep our clients at the forefront of negotiation practices.
